Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is one of the 20 largest districts in the country, serving a diverse student population. From 2019 to 2021, they tackled some of the most common challenges for school systems: implementing a rigorous new curriculum, adapting instruction to distance learning during the pandemic, and building internal capacity for professional development.
We partnered with the district on all of these challenges, responding flexibly to changing needs while always prioritizing student-centered, equitable, flexible learning.
